I was born in Sacramento. I am married with four children and nine grandchildren. I was a foster parent in Sacramento County. My mother, sister, two children, five grandchildren and extended family live in El Dorado County. Two of my children went to schools in El Dorado County. I have worked at SMUD's Rancho Seco facility supervising their security force. I was a field training specialist for the Melville Corp. I worked for the Sacramento County D.A.'s office and as a Welfare Fraud Investigator for El Dorado County. I owned the Cook's Choice in Placerville and managed A Plus Mobile Dentistry which served over forty skilled nursing facilities in Northern California. I also started a wine education group nine years ago in Placerville. I am active in the El Dorado County Sheriff's Posse, the Womens Fund, the Chamber of Commerce and support many local philanthropic organizations. I served as a member of the El Dorado County Grand Jury 1995-1996. I enjoy gardening, camping, travel and spending time with my family and friends.
