To move forward, to make real progress, all persons must work together. There is no room for strict partisan politics, no matter what they may call themselves, if real progress is to be achieved. We must all become participants in the journey to reach a common goal. There simply is no room for spectators. As Mayor, I feel I must continue to set that tone by example, by my actions and by my policies. Every individual is important to our City and every neighborhood is valued. Mediocrity must never be acceptable, being "good enough" is NOT good enough. |
