The Midcoast Community Council (MCC) is an elected Municipal Advisory Council to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors. The MCC serves more than 12,000 coastal residents of unincorporated San Mateo County who live in the communities of Miramar, El Granada, Princeton, Moss Beach, and Montara. It is comprised of seven members locally elected to four-year terms and holds regular meetings at 7:30 PM on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month (except November and December) at the Seton Coastside Medical Center on Etheldore Ave. in Moss Beach. ALL Midcoast Community Council meetings are open, agendized and posted according to the Brown Act. The purposes of the MCC, as stated in its Bylaws, include the following:
