TAXPAYER WATCHDOG As Treasurer of the Water Board, Linda used her extensive business experience to eliminate wasteful spending and stop board member travel abuses.

BETTER CONSERVATION Linda developed a Strategic Water Resources Plan to ensure the highest quality water delivery and promote effective conservation measures to stretch our existing water resources.

MORE ACCOUNTABILITY Linda strengthened public accountability at the District by presenting information in an open, transparent manner and by increasing citizen participation at Water Board meetings.
