Candidate for Governing Board Member; Culver City Unified School District

I will continue to be a strong advocate for our students.
As an experienced advocate in Sacramento and Washington, DC, I have developed the skills necessary to continue advocating for our students at all levels. I have been an active parent in our school PTAs and booster clubs, on the La Ballona Site Council, and as a member of our school district's Community Budget Advisory Committee. I have spent years listening to and working with our schools' stakeholders (teachers, staff, parents and students). I will continue to work with and listen to them as a member of the school board. These experiences and my ability to synthesize varying perspectives will enable me to be a strong, independent advocate for our students.
