Position Papers
Let's bring the voice of the voters back into our City Council
After years of having the incumbents ignore the community to pursue their own agenda, it's time for a change.
Route 66 was meant for businesses not for building new housing
Route 66 is the "Main Street of America." It is a treasure in Duarte's Heritage, yet the incumbents have let it gone to waste by the overdevelopment of housing. Let's allow Duarte's Route 66 to live to its full potential by attracting new business- bringing entertainment, revenue, and new jobs for Duarteans.
Do we do enough for our seniors and youth?
One third of Duarte's population consists of seniors and youth and it should be our obligation to take care of them. The youth of today will be the workforce of tomorrow, and the seniors of today took care of us when we were youth.
