Candidate for
Council Member; Borough of Media; Democratic Party

I moved to Media in 2006 with my wife Shannon and our three children. We have been welcomed into Media like no other place and are grateful for such a vibrant, friendly place that we can call home. I was born and raised in Montgomery County, where my parents still live.

Previously, I worked for Apple Computer, then was Co-founder and VP Engineering of Receipt.com, Inc., a 30-person security software company in Mountain View, California through 2000. Currently I run a web development business based in Media.

I have been involved politically since I attended Dartmouth College in the 90s; I volunteered for Democratic campaigns in 2000, 2004, 2008, and recently in 2010 for Bryan Lentz and Joe Sestak. After the "coup" occurred last July, I felt concerned about Media, and decided to start Media, PA News (http://mediapanews.com), offering another perspective on local politics.

I am a Democratic Committee Person in the western district of Media, and am a member of Media's Technology Committee. In addition, I have volunteered for the Fair Trade Committee and for Media Farmers Market.
