Jennie and I have been married for 37 years. We have three children and two granddaughters: Chad, Onnie, Kaitlyn; Travis, Karen, Autumn; and Laci. We attend Bethany Christian Reformed Church. I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the YMCA. We have a special interest in the Los Mochis Sister City program. My education includes: Valley Christian High School; Cerritos College, A.A.; CSULB, B.A.; and Pepperdine University, M.A. Bellflower has a colorful, proud past, and in these difficult economic times, we need to continue with a dedicated, experienced City Council Team and Staff. The City operates with a transparent, disciplined approach to fiscal management:
Fiscal City Management 16 Years in a Row. Bellflower has to be the best that it can be for generations to come. Public Office is a trust to advance public interest, not personal gain. We must build upon the past successes, improve the present, and plan for the future. |
