I have been a judge since January, 1994. I have enjoyed serving the people of Hamilton County. My years of judicial experience on the bench has helped me gain an understanding of the various trial courts and the issues they face. The First District Court of Appeals of Ohio reviews appeals from the various trial court. It is important to have an appellate court that is fair and balanced. I keep an open mind and a sense of fariness to the Fist District Court of Appeals of Ohio.
