Riverbank First!By Allison Marie NobertCandidate for Council Member; City of Riverbank | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
I promise to create an image of respect for the council and to restore the reputation of Riverbank as a great city. If you want politics as usual don't vote for me. But if you want strong leadership and want someone who will make a great liaison for the city of Riverbank, then you must vote for me.Pro-business. Pro-family. Pro-Riverbank. My name is Allison Nobert, and I am not a politician. I am a mother, wife, and working professional that wants to improve Riverbank by bringing a fresh face and fresh ideas to our city council. In these tough economic times, our first priority must be job creation. By supporting our strong agricultural and business communities, we can create an environment that supports job growth and helps to put our residents back to work. My goal when elected to council will be to improve Riverbank and the lives of those that live here. The needs of Riverbank have been ignored for too long as gridlock has paralyzed some on our city council. I will work to end this gridlock by acting as a calm mediator so that we can put our focus back where it belongs: on the needs of our city. I will encourage common sense governance, consensus building, calm decision-making and professionalism. What Riverbank needs right now is strong leadership that recognizes the importance of economic development. I encourage everyone to email me at allisonnobert@gmail.com so I can best represent you. |
