Jason Everitt is a native of North County and currently resides in Escondido with his wife, Carly. He serves as a government policy analyst, budget watchdog, and blue-collar advocate with the Mission Valley-based Center on Policy Initiatives. He is a member of the inaugural class of the San Diego chapter of the New Leaders Council. In January, he was named one of San Diego's 35 Community Leaders Under 35. Jason holds a degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and graduate degrees in Public Administration and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Everitt is a proven pragmatist dedicated to finding ways to help small businesses rebound from the recession and drive the next period of economic growth. He will work to make sure that the citizens of Escondido are represented in the decision-making process that will shape Escondido for years to come.
