Currently, Gavilan Student Retention is at 65%. Would like to find ways with staff to raise the percentage of students who graduate from Gavilan and transfer to higher education.I would like student retention to increase higher than 65%. Would work with staff to determine solutions to student retention and graduation, most desirably within the 2-year track. Support students to continue to minimum 4-year college achievement. |
