3. What are your goals for the college? Are students, faculty and staff currently meeting those goals?
|
Answer from Eleanor S. Villarreal:
Staff and faculty do a great job. I am, though, concerned about working with staff to support raising student retention higher than 65%. Support student services and categorical programs for long term sustainability. Very interested in helping Gavilan's future campus sites in Hollister and Morgan Hill.
