Council Member; City of Banning

I grew up in San Bernardino and graduated from San Bernardino Valley College and Cal State San Bernardino with a BA in Business Administration. I spent 15 years in the Savings and Loan Business rising to Executive Vice President of Retail Banking where I oversaw a branch network of 65 branches, throughout Southern California, as well as managing a $500,000,000.00 savings portfolio. Additionally I was responsible for consumer lender, all savings back office operations and Corporate Security. After leaving the banking business Ann and I owned a 10,000 sqf children's department store where we sold every kind of soft and hardgoods products for babies and children. We managed all facets of the business including inventory purchasing and control, finance, marketing and customer relations and merchandizing. Prior to retirement I served eight years as CFO for Garner Holt Productions, Inc., a world-wide company manufacturing audio animatronics, i.e., robots, monsters, creatures and people for companies including the Disney Company, world-wide, Chuck E. Cheese and many others. I was responsible for sales, marketing, operations, productions and finance and accounts receivables and Human Resources.
