The intellectual, psychological, physical, the safety and social development of chilren should always be at the forefront of our educational efforts.It has always been my desire to demonstrate my care and concern for students in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, offering a wide range of services for their intellectual, psychological, physical and social development while displaying a genuine respect for the their uniqueness. A challenge that, at times, has taxed the limits of creativity, but which has brought out the best in the students so that those who pass through will be influenced by what will always represent the best of my efforts. I have always strived to provide a learning environment that inspires, brings out the passion, and the power, for students to make positive life choices and take an active role in designing their own futures. By providing an inclusive and accepting educational environment, I hoped to empower students to be independent thinkers and learners, and finally help them appreciate diversity and prepare them to become adults who can and will become active participants in our society. |
