He currently is senior consultant for a healthcare new business start-up inpatient clinic for substance abuse treatment in Sacramento; Ca. Carol his wife also runs an office administrative management practice and book keeping practice as part of their partnership.

Professional History:

Mr. Lloyd worked in the public utilities sector for 35 years beginning in 1971. During his tenure he worked with Michigan Bell. AT&T Long Lines, Pacific Bell, SBC Communications, and AT&T Communications. He held positions with these firms from Account Executive, to District Manager Strategic Business Planning, General Marketing Manager (California), Executive Director Telebusiness Services and Customer Education. Mr. Lloyd retired as Director Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy AT&T California.

His consulting practice which has been in operation since 1990 includes clients in the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry, Higher Education, Telecommunications, Utilities / Regulatory Industry, Technology companies, and Non Profit Sector.
