1. Financial responsibility and accountability for every school site and department by reevaluating the budget line by line

2. Expanding the District advisory council to include parents and students,and creating transparency

3. Support the teachers and create a peaceful working environment within the district.

4. Promote site decision making

5. Create community classrooms and partner with businesses to provide vocational education training

6. Start thinking out of the box by engaging our students and creating higher expectations to raise the API

7. Reward performance and achievement
