I question the practice of site-administrators for each program; too small an amount appears to go to the classroom/students.Title I: Full disclosure of funds: I question the practice of separate site-administrators for each program; too small an amount appears to go to the classroom/students. With elementary class size increasing to approx. 31-students (or more), Title I funding would be better spent on Title I Reading Speacialist or a certified Language Arts Teacher that spends time in the classroom with the students and the homeroom teacher rather than site-administrators that do not take part in the direct teaching process. |
