Political Philosophy for Andy Vidak
Candidate for |
"As a farmer, businessman, life-long resident of the Central Valley who lives, works and hires people from the 20th congressional district, like many people, I have become quite angry at what is going on in Washington DC." "Like many of my fellow residents in the 20th district, I am tired of seeing the suffering and lack of opportunity for our children in their hometowns and we all know that what happens in Washington DC has a lot do with it." "I am not a politician but a citizen who has reached the point where I must do something to try to fix what is broken. I am willing to put aside my agricultural business interests for a period of time to serve the people of the district I call home." "I have the expertise in the area of water to bring sense to this issue and the skills to work with others to get results. I believe strongly in the principals of the free market, fiscal responsibility and limited government." "I believe strongly in free markets, limited government and fiscal responsiblity. I will never support a bill that contains earmarks and I will never support an increase in taxes. I will work tirelessly to repeal and repair the health care disaster and will not become part of the political elite that has lost touch with the real owners of our governmetn, the taxpayers." "As a congressman I will make one promise; each decision I make and each vote I take will be based upon only what is best for the people I will represent." |
