I graduated from California State University (CSUF) in 1976 with a degree in Accounting. After college I was hired by the State of California's Department of Health to audit hospitals for the Medi-Cal (Medicaid) and Medicare programs. Four years later I began my career in hospital finance where I stayed for 28 years. During that time I never missed a budget and was very successful. Along the way I got a California Real Estate Broker's License which has allowed me to dabble in real estate. I retired from Corporate America at the age of 58 so I could enjoy some leisure time with my wife. We are very comfortable and very happy and wouldn't consider changing our lifestyle if it wasn't for our concern over the level of corruption in our government.
