INVESTMENT INCOME

There is a danger in chasing investment income.
Investment income is often called yield or rate of return. That is the interest we earn on our investments. Yield is ONLY considered after the basic requirements of safety and cash flow are fully accounted for. If the other requirements are within policy I can, and will consider how to maximize our rate of return.

I do not believe in speculating in the market. That is a darn good way to lose your principal. Yes, I conduct research into the market virtually daily, but will not risk your money to make a fraction of a percent more interest.

Our investments have not lost your principal and we have not had to go to the Federal or State Government to ask to be bailed out from losses.
