Combat Gang Violence:
- Combat gang activity, gang affiliates commit 80% of all violent crime in CCC
- Educate youth in the community of the dangers of gang association
- Fund a Gang Unit to maintain resources to fight gang violence
- Create a Gang Task Force that networks agencies throughout the CCC.

Domestic Violence:
- Maintain Zero Tolerance against domestic violence
- Continue working with STAND to provide victims services
- Participate in DV court to reduce recidivisim among offenders

Elder Abuse:
- Implement a licensing and screening program for Caregivers
- Increase community outreach to seniors and elder community members.
- Advocate for an Elder Abuse Fine reserved for elder abuse victims
