Candidate for
School Director; Radnor Township School District

I am honored to have the opportunity to run again for Radnor Township School Board. As the only incumbent on the board seeking reelection, I have first-hand experience and the insight to guide our District through a troubling economy. As the Commonwealth's mandates increase, and our money decreases, I will continue to find creative and resourceful solutions. Educational excellence is dependent upon elected leaders who are dedicated to the children and taxpayers whom they represent. For the past 21 years I have been a volunteer in Radnor Township schools. Currently, I assist students new to our country with their English at the Middle School. As a tutor for the Delaware County Literacy Council, I lead an Adult ESL Conversation Group at the Radnor Memorial Library twice a week. I have been on the board of the Radnor ABC House, the manager of a Radnor Soccer Club team, and a three-term president of the West Wayne Civic Association. All four of my children have been educated in the Radnor Schools. Two are out of college and two attend Radnor High School. My husband and I have lived in Radnor Township for 26 years.
