The Kenworthy family moved to Wallingford in 1979 when Bob was transfered to Wilmington by DuPont. They have lived there ever since except for the three years when they were in Brussels, Belgium while Bob was on assignment there. Bob and Judy have been married for 42 years and have two grown children both of whom graduated from Strathhaven High School.

Bob Kenworthy has a BA degree in Chemistry from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. He worked for the DuPont Company for nearly 30 years before taking early retirement to join Rollins Environmental Services, for whom he worked for 5 years before setting up his own consulting business, The Crumwald Associates, Inc. He continues to work actively.

Bob has been active in the community since coming here. He is an elder of the Wallingford Presbyterian Church, has worked for years, as an allocations volunteer, for the United Way of Southeast Delaware County (Chester) and, most recently, was a member of the Nether Providence Township Task Force on Recycling.
