Candidate for
Mayor; Borough of Media

Pete has served on Media Borough Council since 1998 and has been involved in the renewable energy industry for more than 13 years. Under Pete's environmental leadership Media has twice been recognized, by Penn Future, as the "Greenest Community in PA", has been recognized by the state of Pennsylvania's association of Environmental Advisory Councils, and has been awarded the Governor's Award in Environmental Excellence by PA Governor Ed Rendell, in 2007, for the "Solar Energy for Media" intiative that he conceived.

Pete holds MBA and BS degrees and is a 3 term elected councilman in Media PA one of the leading municipal producers of solar energy, and is a board member of various civic organizations.

Pete is an adjunct professor of Renewable Energy Policy at Villanova University.
