Candidate for
Board Member; San Mateo Union High School District

I was born and raised in San Mateo and graduated from San Mateo High School. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco and have been a certified public accountant for over twenty-five years.

I am a partner in a public accounting firm with offices in San Francisco, Oakland and Washington, D.C. My practice emphasizes auditing local governments and construction activities.

I have been a Foster City resident for 26 years and have been involved in community affairs my entire life. I did volunteer teaching for Junior Achievement for many years. I also served on the Board of the Peninsula Family YMCA, the South of Market Foundation, the Millenium Group and am a honorary member of the San Mateo Library Founation. I also served on the San Mateo-Foster City Schools Education Foundation. I belonged to the Rotary Club of San Mateo for many years. I am a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church of San Mateo and the San Mateo Branch of the NAACP.
