Mill Valley is a safe place to raise a family, and Andy is pledged to preserving the City's safe environment. As a parent whose children attend local schools, Andy strongly supports the City's cooperative efforts with the Mill Valley School District. Results include: "Safe Routes to Schools" program; City-School District cooperation to create school emergency evacuation centers; and encouraging carpooling, parent-student bike caravans and walking pools to reduce traffic and promote school commute safety. Andy is committed to providing leadership for keeping our community family-friendly for everyone. |
