MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR STUDENTS AND FOR THE SALINAS VALLEY

Over the last few years, Hartnell College has been faced with many difficult challenges. I am seeking election to the Board to ensure that Hartnell keep its focus where it belongs-on the students and the community it serves. With your support, we can bring Hartnell back to where it belongs-as a Community College of Choice on the Central Coast.

As a current school board trustee in Soledad, I understand the needs of our schools, and I have worked to secure a quality education for our students. We must create pathways for all our students-some may need a clear pathway to higher education while others may need vocational training providing them jobs and career opportunities. Not all students have the same needs, but they all deserve a pathway.

I am ready to work hard on the issues facing Hartnell College, and I ask for your vote November 3rd.
