I was born and raised and educated in Arizona, I have two grown adult children and one grandchild.

My husband worked in the lettuce fields we use to follow the lettuce season to salinas and in 1968 we made Salinas our home. I worked in alisal union School district for 31 years in the Migrant Education Program classified staff till I recently retired in December 31, 2008.
