Alfonso Morales Jr. was born to Alfonso Morales Sr. and Maria Morales on June 7, 1979. He is the son of immigrants. The family moved into Lynwood in 1984. Alfonso attended the Lynwood Unifed School district 1st-12th grade. Following his high school graduation Alfonso attended Claremont McKenna College where he received his degree in Literature with a Legal Sequence. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law. Alfonso returned to Lynwood in 2004 following his legal education. Alfonso passed the California State bar exam on his first attempt and entered the legal field as a medical malpractice defense attorney. He changed fields in 2006 when he began to work for an Immigration Specialist. In March 2008, Alfonso opened the Law Offices of Alfonso Morales in Lynwood. He practices Immigration law. In 2005, Alfonso ran for LUSD governing board and was elected. He now seeks a second term.
