We must rely more than ever on innovative thinking to improve our schools in a fiscally responsible manner. In order to achieve an innovative culture, trust must be restored within the Board as well as between the Board and the rest of the Boyertown school community (administration, teachers, students, parents, residents).
I propose to utilize my corporate leadership skills to restore trust on the board, resulting in a more open-minded environment that fosters innovation.
