John Thinnes has over 25 years of experience, both in management and organization development. John

spent 12 years with Exxon Company USA as a manager of a large data processing department. He

received a doctoral degree in adult education and group dynamics and has specialized in training and

organization development for the past 16 years. During this time John worked in and consulted with a

wide variety of business and industrial settings including financial / banking, electronic, food, public

utilities, health care, pharmaceuticals, textile and manufacturing.

John has consulted with executives and middle management in a variety of departments. John's

educational focus is on executive assessment and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, project

management and team development. He focuses his consulting and facilitation skills on helping

organizations, individuals and groups successfully deal with change.
