- To keep property taxes low, enhance community resources, and make local government efficient, honest and responsive to East Norriton's needs.
- Maintain open communication between the township and residents. The township has won numerous communications awards fron Pa Assn of Twsp Supervisors
- Continue open space program with Montgomery County, currently the township owns 139 acres open space.
