School Director; Colonial School District; 4 Year Term

I look forward to continuing my involvement with the Curriculum Committee enhancing the science curriculm for all grade levels.

Equally important to me is participating in the Joint Operating Committee of the Central Montgomery County Technical High School, including and encouraging all students to know about available programs.

I believe in keeping property taxes as low as possible while maintaining the highest possible level of quality in the school district including both scholastic achievement and the school buildings. It's also important to create opportunities for innovative learning environments to keep the Colonial school district schools in the top tier in the state.

I believe that the schools in the Colonial School District should not just meet the national education standards but should exceed them.

It's important that we, the schools, communicate with parents and the community. The forums we use today help us respond to the community as well as keeping them up to date on school related activities, progress and policies.

It's important that there be good and frequent communication between the schools, parents and community at large to foster greater understanding of various issues facing the school district and the community.
