Proposition AUFSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Ardsley Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the sum of $56,880,000 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the 2009-2010 school year, and the taxes levied and collected in accordance with the law to meet same.

Proposition AUFSD-2. Lease Purchase of Buses -- Ardsley Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to enter into a lease purchase agreement and any financing associated therewith, in accordance with General Municipal Law §109-b, to lease purchase one or more school buses for a total sum not to exceed $150,000 at an approximate payment of $30,000 per year, for five (5) years, commencing in the 2009-2010 school year, and to levy and collect a tax in an amount not to exceed $30,000 per year to meet such obligation.

Proposition BCSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Bedford Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the sum of $114,535,122 be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Bedford Central School District for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and that same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall be raised by a tax on taxable property of the school district.

Proposition BBRUFSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the proposed budget or estimate of expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year (July 1, 2009 + June 30, 2010) presented by the Board of Education in the amount of $38,928,492 be approved and the taxes in the necessary amount therefore be levied?

Proposition BBRUFSD-2. BMPRSS Roofing Project -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
(a)That the Board of Education of the Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York, is hereby authorized to expend $132,590 in addition to the $752,602 heretofore approved by the voters on May 15, 2007 for the replacement of roofs at the Ponterio Ridge Street School, for an estimated aggregate maximum cost of $885,192, such additional amount needed on account of unanticipated increases in the costs of said project; (b) that the District expects to receive EXCEL Aid in the amount of $467,871; such EXCEL Aid is expected to pay a portion of such aggregate maximum cost; (c) that prior to the receipt of EXCEL Aid, bonds or notes of the District in the amount of $467,871 may be authorized, and a tax is hereby authorized to be levied and collected in installments in such years and amounts as shall be determined by the Board of Education of the District to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds and notes as the same become due and payable; and (d) that the amount of not to exceed $417,321 available or to be available in the District's capital fund is hereby authorized to be expended to pay the balance of the cost of such project.

Proposition BBRUFSD-3. Revise School Board Transportation Policy -- Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Eligibility Limits for the minimum distances that a student must live from his or her school to qualify for District-funded transportation be changed from the current limits of: 0.75 miles or further from school for Kindergarten through Grade 5 and 1.5 miles or further from school for Grade 6 through Grade 12 to newly-established limits of: 2.0 miles or further from school for Kindergarten through Grade 8 and 3.0 miles or further from school for Grade 9 through Grade 12, representing the state law minimum transportation requirements?

Proposition BrUFSD. School Budget Vote -- Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the 2009-2010 budget for the Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District in the amount of $52,607,728 be approved?

Proposition BrUFSD-1. Renovations to Briarcliff High School -- Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to construct renovations to the existing structure of the Briarcliff High School, including installation of thermally insulated double glazed windows and re-cladding of the building façade, at a total estimated cost not to exceed $818,235 and to construct a pre-engineered storage building on the High School campus to replace six (6) leased storage containers, at a total estimated cost not to exceed $312,147, for a total estimated cost not to exceed $1,130,382, said sum to be expended from the District's Excel Aid Funds from the State of New York in the amount of $283,411 and from the District's fund balance for the 2008-2009 school year in the amount of $846,971, without the necessity to raise taxes.

Proposition BrUFSD-2. Reconstruction and Updating at Todd School -- Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to appropriate to the School District's Repair Reserve Fund from the District's fund balance for the 2008-2009 school year, the sum of $268,650 to reconstruct and update two (2) Todd School classrooms and to reconstruct and update two (2) Todd School restrooms, without the necessity to raise taxes.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Bronxville Union Free School District, Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, is hereby authorized to make expenditures as estimated in the Proposed Budget in the amount of Forty Four Million, One Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty One Dollars ($44,115,561) and to raise the taxes therefor.

Proposition BHCSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Byram Hills Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
SHALL the Board of Education of the BYRAM HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT be authorized to expend for budgetary purposes in the school year 2009-2010 the sum of $77,278,623 and to levy the necessary tax therefor upon the taxable property of the School District?

Proposition CCSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:That the Board of Education of Chappaqua Central School District be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $107,347,134 set forth in the School District Budget for the School Year 2009-2010, and that the necessary tax be levied therefor.

Proposition CCSD-2. Chappaqua Library Budget Vote -- Chappaqua Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,746,762 for the Chappaqua Central School District Public Library for the School Year 2009-2010, and that the necessary tax be levied therefor.

Proposition CHUFSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in the Croton-Harmon School District such amount as will with moneys otherwise available produce the sum of $42,888,020 as contemplated by the budget prepared by the Board of Education on April 13, 2009.

Proposition CHUFSD-2. Croton Free Library Budget Vote -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED that there be raised by tax upon all the taxable property in this district the sum of $920,082 for the support of the Croton Free Library.

Proposition CHUFSD-3. Bond for Purchase of Various School Buses and Vehicles -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:(a) That the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses and vehicles, and to expend therefore an amount not to exceed $215,000 (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the amount of not to exceed $215,000 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $215,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

Proposition CHUFSD-4. Capital Reserve Fund for Reconstruction and Improvements to Various District Buildings -- Croton-Harmon Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to establish a capital reserve fund to fund the partial reconstruction of, and construction of improvements to, various District buildings; such reserve fund to be designated "Capital Reserve Fund-2009"; the probable term of which will not exceed ten (10) years from the date of its establishment; the ultimate principal amount therein to total not to exceed $5,000,000 plus interest earnings thereon; such amount is expected to be provided from the District's fund balance as well as other sources available therefor.

RESOLVED: that the annual School District Budget for the 2009-2010 school year as proposed by the Board of Education in accordance with Section 1716 of the Education Law, in the amount of $99,601,037 be approved, and the necessary taxes levied therefore upon the taxable real property of the School District.

Proposition HHCSD. School Budget Vote -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District of Cortlandt in the County of Westchester be and hereby is authorized to expend the sum of $65,695,375 for the General Budget and to levy the necessary tax therefor.

Proposition HHCSD-1. Hendrick Hudson Free Library Budget Vote -- Hendrick Hudson Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
Resolved, that the sum of $770,355 raised by tax to be applied in support of the Hendrick Hudson Free Library which has been registered by the State Board of Regents in the State of New York which sum shall be raised by a levy of taxes on the taxable property of said school

Shall the Board of Education of the Hastings-on-Hudson Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh, New York, be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2009-2010 Annual Budget in the total amount of $42,624,795.00 and to levy the necessary tax therefore?

Proposition IUFSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Irvington Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Irvington Union Free School District, Town of Greenburgh in the County of Westchester, New York be and hereby is authorized: To appropriate the sum set forth $51,009,065 for the fiscal year 2009-2010 and to levy the necessary tax therefor.

Proposition IUFSD-2. Modification of Student Transportation -- Irvington Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Irvington Union Free School District modify its public school transportation eligibility effective July 1, 2009 for Grades K-5 pupils from the existing one-quarter (.25) mile limit to a new half (.5) mile limit and for Grades 6-12 pupils from the existing one and one quarter (1.25) mile limit to a new one and one half mile (1.5) limit, thereby reducing the proposed 2009-10 school district budget in the approximate of $151,000 and levy the necessary tax therefor?

Proposition KLUFSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the 2009-2010 budget, be and the same is hereby adopted for the appropriation of the necessary funds to meet the estimated expenditures, and authorizing the levy of tax of and for said Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, as set forth in the detailed statement of expenditures, which will be required for school purposes and for estimated district expenses for the ensuing year, in the amount of $107,811,326.

Proposition LCSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Lakeland Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the sum of $146,525,390 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2009-2010 and that the Board of Education of the Lakeland Central School District be authorized to levy taxes to meet the same.

Proposition LCSD-2. Purchase of School Buses and Vehicles -- Lakeland Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED:(a)That the Board of Education of the Lakeland Central School District of Shrub Oak, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District"), is hereby authorized to purchase various school buses and vehicles for use by the District and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and to the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $812,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $812,000 to pay such cost, said tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $812,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

RESOLVED, that the sum of $71,788,477 shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes of the Peekskill City School District for the fiscal year 2009/2010 and that said sum or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be raised by the levy of a tax on the taxable property of the school district.

Shall the Board of Education be authorized to change the mileage limitations for transportation of students in the second grade from one half (.5) mile to four (4) miles from the school which they attend to one (1) mile to four (4) miles from the school which they attend, at an estimated annual cost savings of approximately $197,366?

Proposition PCSD-3. Elimination of Busing of Sixth Grade Students -- Peekskill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Commencing with the opening of the new middle school, shall the Board of Education be authorized to eliminate bussing of students in the sixth grade, at an estimated annual cost savings of approximately $145,485?

Proposition PUFSD. School Budget Vote -- Pelham Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the budget for the school year 2009-2010 amounting to $59,987,360 be adopted and shall the Board of Education be authorized to raise a tax on the taxable property of the District in such amount as may be necessary to provide for such expenditure?

Shall the Pleasantville Union Free School District be authorized to implement a system of personal voter registration pursuant to the provisions of Section 2014 of the Education Law for all school district meetings and elections that occur after July 1, 2009?

If the voters approve Proposition B: Shall the Board of Education implement a system of walk-in voter registration from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on school days (September + June) and from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on business days (Summer) at the District Clerk's Office, 60 Romer Avenue, Pleasantville, NY, effective July 1, 2009?

RESOLVED: That the Rye City School District Budget for the school year July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, in the amount of $68,823,000.00 as set forth in the detailed statement of the budget, be adopted and that the Rye City School District Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes therefor.

RESOLVED, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-four Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty-nine Dollars ($130,984,259), of which Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand, Nine-hundred eighty-three Dollars ($216,983) is for the cost of transportation beyond that mandated by law, shall be appropriated to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the school year 2009-10, and that the Board of Education be authorized to levy the necessary taxes to meet the same.

RESOLVED, that the proposed budget of expenditures of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District for the 2009-2010 school year in the amount of $27,595,912 and for the purposes shown in the statement of estimated expenditures adopted by the Board of Education be and the same hereby is approved and the amount thereof shall be raised by a levy of a tax upon the taxable property of the school district, after first deducting the monies available from the state aid and other sources as provided by law.

Proposition VUFSD. School Budget Vote -- Valhalla Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
There is hereby appropriated the sum of $41,983,960 to meet the estimated expenditures for school purposes for the fiscal year 2009-10, said sum to be raised by tax upon the taxable property of the district.

Proposition WPCSD. School Budget Vote -- White Plains City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Pass: 1804 / 67.8% Yes votes ...... 858 / 32.2% No votes
RESOLVED, that the budget for the 2009-2010 school year in the amount of $185,778,149 be adopted and that the necessary taxes be levied therefor.

Proposition YCSD-1. School Budget Vote -- Yorktown Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
RESOLVED, that the Annual School District Budget for the fiscal year 2009-2010 in the amount of $ $89,858,000 and the requisite portion thereof to be raised by taxation on the taxable property of the District be approved.
