Shall the current tax of eighteen and one-half cents (18.5) of assessed value, levied on all taxable real and personal property in the city of Jennings, Missouri for pension Payments to retired or disabled members of the Police and Firemen's Retirement Fund, be increased by six cents (6) to twenty four and one-half cents (24.5)?
