? 1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Angie Singler:

I've been proud to call the 25th Ward my home for over 25 years. I'm running because we need a change in our Ward now more than ever. We deserve safer neighborhoods, accountability, and timely progress towards improving where we live, work, and play. Vote Angie to reconnect our community!

Answer from Travis Reems:

I bring to the Alderman's position experience in local government, politics, business and community advocacy. At the end of the day, it will be my experience in and around government that will aid me in getting done those things that our neighborhood needs done.

? 2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (50 word limit)

Answer from Travis Reems:

I have developed an extensive plan for improving our neighborhood, which includes escalated development of tax deficient properties, building a strong block-unit program, and working proactively with the City Counselor's Office to arrest the problem of nuisance properties. Further, I will establish advocacy councils to encourage greater resident participation in decision-making. And, I will work to attract new businesses and jobs by bolstering our business districts. More details are provided in the attached position papers and online at http://www.WardUnited.com.

Answer from Angie Singler:

1. Neighborhood Safety: I'll work to create a stronger neighborhood block captain program in our neighborhoods. Learn more at http://www.Ward25.com.

2. Accessible: I pledge to follow through with your concerns and ensure I communicate what's going on timely and effectively. I can be reached on my cell, via email, regular mail, and will turn my website, (http://www.Ward25.com) into a hub of information accessible 24/7.

3. Growth and Development: I'll work towards cleaning up the litter and hold property owners accountable for the state of their property and tenants so that businesses and developers want to invest in our Ward again.
