In addition to the many policy initiatives I have taken on during my time in office, I have never lost sight of the everyday needs of the neighborhoods in my community, and I remain committed to making sure these needs are met. I recognize that cleaner, safer streets; functioning traffic lights; smoothly paved roads; and outdoor recreational space are some of the most vital every day issues to the citizens of Los Angeles. I will always keep in mind what matters most to my constituents.
