What is my personal motivation/desire for running for city council?I am dedicated to continuing to serve our city and believe I can be most effective as a city councilmember. There are many issues, challenges, and opportunities facing our wonderful city. A city councilmember will require knowledge of our community, experience and complete objectivity in order to make sound decisions. I believe I have these qualifications and a complete understanding of our city this moment in time requires. It is not time for anger or to place the blame on any one group or individual. It is time for calm, level-headed decision making for the benefit of all our citizens. I want the opportunity to preserve and enhance the small town, positive communtiy environment that makes our town so special. |
