Shall the City of Wentzville, Missouri issue its sewerage system revenue bonds in the amount of $50,000,000 for the purpose of constructing, improving and extending its sewerage system, the cost of operation and maintenance of said system and the principle of and interest on said revenue bonds to be payable from the revenues derived by the City from the operation of its sewerage system, including all future improvements and extensions thereto?

In order to implement the recommendations made by the Guiding Principles for our Schools (GPS) community engagement effort, shall the Board of Education of the Wentzville R-IV School District, St. Charles County, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Fifty-Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($52,600,000) for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, renovating, repairing, furnishing, and equipping new and existing schoolhouse sites, buildings and related facilities for school purposes and issue general obligation bonds for the payment thereof, resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy of $-0- per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the school district is estimated to remain unchanged from the current debt service levy of $0.77 per one hundred dollars assessed valuation of real and personal property.
