Candidate for
Council Member; Town of Windsor

Having grown up in Healdsburg, I moved to Windsor 20 years ago. I helped to incorporate the Town of Windsor, and served on it's first Town Council, one year as Mayor. One of the best accomplishments of that term is the very successful contract we made with Sonoma County Sheriff's Department for police services that continues today and cannot be beat!

I raised 4 children here,and I am currently raising my fifth who is a fourth grader at Cali Calmecac. I was instrumental in bringing a branch of the Sonoma County Library here, and I am the initial founder of the Windsor Boys and Girls Club in Windsor. I did everything I could to help create the family town we all enjoy now. I am the only candidate that currently has children in our school district. The other candidates have grown children, one has none. We need a representative for families, because Windsor is made up primarily of families. I face the same challenges today, with you, as I did then.

I will continue to bring services and facilities here that will benefit our families and make our busy lives easier, while being cognizant of our current economic situation by not instituting new fees or rate hikes that families cannot afford.
