Candidate for
Council Member; City of Lodi

As a third generation Loadian, my grandmother Esther Mounce taught JoAnne the importance of community involvement by helping many people in Lodi during her lifetime. She inspired JoAnne and as a result, over the past eleven years she has volunteered with numerous groups including the Eastside Improvement Committee, Junior Achievement and the Year 2000 Committee. JoAnne led the Hale Park concert series; she is an active Rotarian and Neighborhood Watch Captain. Nothing means more to JoAnne than her family and community.

JoAnne has proven her genuine concern and interest in serving the Lodi community. As evidenced by her past volunteerism, JoAnne will work hard to preserve the quality of life we all enjoy in Lodi. As a graduate of Delta College and owner of a small accounting service, JoAnne possesses over twenty-two years of financial experience. JoAnne Mounce is an honest, hardworking, woman, dedicated to the continued financial success and accountability of the city to the owners, you... the citizens of Lodi.

It has been Ms. Mounce's life long dream to serve the City of Lodi as your council member.
