LOW RATES--Dale's conservative financial management has reduced costs and kept rates low for local residents, farmers and businesses.

HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS--Dale supported the building of new water treatment facilities to enhance the quality of drinking water for the citizens of Manteca and Escalon.

LOCAL CONTROL--Dale is dedicated to protecting our local water rights and opposing higher taxes.

MORE CONSERVATION--Dale has led the way in supporting innovative water conservation and recycling technologies to increase our water supplies and protect the environment.

CLEAN POWER--Under Dale's leadership, the District recently opened a new Solar Energy Farm to reduce its energy costs.
