Richard Caglia, born on December 1, 1967, was the first of Richard and Lucille Caglia's four children. His entire family including his Grandfather, Frank Caglia and Uncle, Andy Caglia, devoted much of their time in developing and enriching the quality of life in Fresno.

Richard is a graduate from San Joaquin Memorial High School, Fresno City College and California State University, Fresno. While actively involved in the family businesses, he attended San Joaquin College of law and attained his Juris Doctorate Degree. After passing the California Bar Exam, he has continued working in the family businesses: Electric Motor Shop, IWS, and Warner's Theatre. All legal services performed outside the businesses have been pro bono.

He devotes time to his daughters Alexa, 8 and Ella, 4 and makes time to participate in various organizations within the community. Richard is a board member of the San Joaquin College of Law.
