Answer from Greg Bonaccorsi: The frontage property at Ohlone College is a valuable asset that must be handled carefully by the Board of Trustees. It is clear that an opportunity to develop that asset for the benefit of the entire Ohlone community has been lost for the time being. However, that temporary setback provides the trustees of the Ohlone College Board with a chance to reexamine the process that was used in the past and to improve upon it.
