1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Joseph "Joe" Palm:

My experience for Office covers the local, state, and federal levels. Committeeman of the "Mighty" 26th Ward for the past (5) years. Assistant to the Chief of Staff (Mike Jones)during the Harmon Mayoral Administration. Legislative assistant to former State Representative Charles Q. Troupe. Former legislative researcher for Congressman William "Lacy" Clay.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (50 word limit)

Answer from Joseph "Joe" Palm:

Education-I want increase funding for public education. I also want to increase safety for students and teachers.

Public Health-I want to increase funding for preventive measures. I also want to increase health education for communities.

Crime-I want to increase funding to support community policing programs.
