    Proposition A Special Election -- Saint Charles R-VI School District (Simple Majority Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of the School District of the City of St. Charles, Missouri, be authorized to increase the District's operating tax levy by $0.28 per $100.00 of assessed valuation for the purpose of providing funds to pay for increased costs of the District's educational programs, utilities, building expenses, school supplies, teacher and non-teacher employee salaries and other operational items? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the District is estimated to be $3.5771 per $100 of assessed valuation. (Note: If Proposition A is approved, the District's total tax levy will remain unchanged at $4.37 per $100 of assessed valuation due to an estimated reduction in the District's debt service levy of $0.28 per $100 of assessed valuation.)

    Proposition B Tax Levy -- Francis Howell School District (Simple Majority Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of the Francis Howell School District be authorized to extend for five (5) additional years the $0.20 of the operating tax levy authorized by the voters in April of 2004, set to expire at the end of the 2008 tax year, for the purpose of maintaining funds to pay for increased costs of educational programs, class sizes, student transportation, student technology, utilities, building expenses, school supplies, teacher and non-teacher employee salaries and other operational items to support the District's efforts to meet the increasing federal and state academic requirements? No change or increase to the current tax levy of the District will occur as a result of this proposition being approved.
