Political Philosophy for David Peters
Candidate for |

|
Let your voice be heard! Why not elect someone that will truly represent you? Please do not vote for a candidate simply because he or she has raised more money than the others, and has more mass mailers, yard signs, or billboards. Most of the money paying for those signs is coming from developers, real estate interests and unions that do not care about you. I have a proven record of caring about the community in which I live, and voicing concerns about the troubling conditions: poorly developed housing tracks, bad roadways and poor infrastructure. I will not sell out our community to those trying to make a quick buck. I have lived in the San Jacinto Valley for over 37 years and care deeply about this entire area. I attended Mt. San Jacinto College, and graduated from California State University of San Bernardino. I have taught in Banning and Perris. Our students, our future leaders, want an equal chance to live in this area without clogged roadways and gang invested back alleyways. Presently, I am a trustee for the Hemet Unified School District serving Winchester, Green Acres, Hemet, Valle Vista, Anza, Sage, and Idyllwild. Every board meeting I voice concern about the best interest of our students. I have a vested interest in this community, and you can take it to the bank that I will stand up for it. This election is your chance to elect someone that you will be proud of and will let your voice be heard! |
