Lower Income and Real Estate Taxes

Pa has one of the countries highest corporate taxes at 9.9%. It has one of the highest gas taxes of which 40% is not used for road projects
We have got to get a handle on these taxes but lowering the States costs and spending the taxes wisely. I have prepared many budgets and have always done so without raising new taxes or by cutting costs.
