Creating real economic opportunities and family sustaining jobs.Over the past 10 years Pennsylvania has lost one fourth of our manufacturing jobs. The current system of burdensome taxes and regulations that penalize economic growth are driving jobs out of Pennsylvania. We must address the needs of Pennsylvania's business community by reforming the business tax structure, making healthcare more affordable and reforming both unemployment compensation and worker compensation laws. We need real Economic Development that generates family sustaining jobs for the people of our district. Politicians handing out over-sized cardboard checks funded by our tax dollars are not economic development, its corporate welfare and it must stop. |
